What should I do as a CEO?  Is it a bad sign if a hiring manager rescheduled a call with me where he was gonna share a final result? This happened after the other candidate’s final interview. I suspect they might have decided on the other candidate.   My boss says I am too young (25) for a management position, even though he really appreciates my work for the last five years. How to get into a leading position?   If you apply with different resumes for the same company, do recruiters compare the current resume with previous versions?
