We had guidance counselors in middle school, high school, and sometimes college. However when we need it the most in our professional careers, we have no one to turn to. This podcast is a resource for not only job seekers but for companies & hiring managers to help scale their organizations. I interview job seekers who have had a tremendous amount of success finding jobs and hiring managers/leaders in organizations who are doing it the 'right way' when it comes to leadership and scaling their organizations.
