Martin is back from a rather painful Strava Mile at the always-incredible Night of the 10,000m PBs, which also saw incredible racing from start to finish. Bernard Lagat breaks the US v40 marathon record in Australia…but is still only third fastest in his family!

Tom speaks to this year's Comrades 3rd female and 2012 Olympian Caitriona Jennings, Kipchoge confirms Vienna as his 1:59 venue, Jim Walmsley and Clare Gallagher light up the Western States 100, and the CWG in Birmingham is costing top dollar!
