The main key to getting your heart in shape, so you can be fruitful is MEDITATING God's Word (Prov 4:20-23). This is the message of the Parable of the Sower (Mark 4:9), Psalm 1, Josh 1:8 & 3John 2. Meditation is like digestion. Its 4 parts are to memorise, personalise, visualise and verbalise the Word.

God’s life in our spirit must flow through our heart (Jn7:38). So our heart condition determines the flow of His life in us (Prov 4:23). 3 Blockages must be removed: (1) unbelief, (2) unforgiveness, and (3) CARNALITY (Heb 12:15-17) - being flesh-ruled, valuing & minding earthly things above spiritual things.

Even though healing is ours in Christ through His Atonement, we still have to come to God to receive it (Mark 11:24). Blind Bartimaeus is an example of how to receive (Mark 10:46-52). COME to Jesus and CALL OUT to Him for your HEALING, and RECEIVE it now. Your faith must have a VOICE.

God’s remedy for both sin and sickness is the same - the Atonement of Christ. On this basis He forgives all our sins and heals all our diseases (Psalm 103:1-3). Hilary shows how this is revealed in Isaiah 53:4-5, Matthew 8:16-17, Galatians 3:13-14, 1Peter 2:24 and in the Type of the Passover Lamb.

The Lord is full of compassion and greatly desires to show His healing mercies to us (Psalm 145). So Jesus was moved with compassion and healed the sick. In this study Hilary presents the compassion of Jesus as revealed in His healing ministry, and points out that Jesus is the same today (Hebr 13:8).

Proverbs 4:20-23 promises that if we receive God's words they will be life unto us and medicine for all our flesh. It also gives instructions for taking God's medicine.
