Alex is joined by Abigail Bimman, Global National Ottawa Correspondent to discuss Elizabeth Wettlaufer who was sentenced to life in prison with no chance of parole for 25 years in June 2017. She pleaded guilty to eight counts of murder, four counts of attempted murder and two counts of aggravated assault. The son of one of Wettlaufer’s eight murder victims learned Wednesday that Wettlaufer has been moved from prison to a secure psychiatric hospital in Montreal, which operates on an observation model using no weapons and with no traditional prison bars.
