On top of being transferred out of one of the world's most infamous military prisons, this is what convicted terrorist, Omar Khadr, has received from the federal government. Despite all of this, Khadr was back in front of a judge recently, asking for changes to his bail conditions that include a Canadian passport as well as permission to speak to his sister.
