Olivia chow is promising 25k houses despite no affordable houses being built in this city for over a decade. Meanwhile– at the federal level, Cabinet’s National Housing Strategy Act, which enshrines a "right to adequate housing" by 2030, reveals that only 106,000 homes have been financed since 2019.
