135 miles, 215 kilometres, 23 hours and 58 minutes from the Spanish Arch to the Samuel Beckett Bridge-it’s all in a days work for Rob Pope aka @run.robla.run on Instagram. The runner has recently completed an epic run across the entire width of Ireland in less than 24 hours, and marked the occasion with a pint at either end! Rob joined Dermot and Dave to chat about his unique training programme, the incredible support he received along the way, and the very Irish soundtrack to his journey!
