A Christmas Angel Match
It’s a brand new episode — Brian is back to help us review the second Hallmark Christmas movie of the season: A Christmas Angel Match.ABOUT A CHRISTMAS ANGEL MATCHTwo Christmas Angels with opposite styles must unite soulmates before the holiday while dealing with department downsizing and their own unexpected connection.AIR DATE & NETWORK FOR A CHRISTMAS ANGEL MATCHSunday, October 19, 2025 | Hallmark ChannelCAST & CREW OF A CHRISTMAS ANGEL MATCHMeghan Ory as MonicaBenjamin Ayres as MichaelDirected by Christie Will WolfBRAN’S A CHRISTMAS ANGEL MATCH SYNOPSISDo you know how some people are drawn together in what seems to be a magical way? MMMM… try angels. The Christmas Connection Angels spend the entire year finding folks who could use a little Christmas love. Monica is one of the oldest and best of the bunch—she’s been doing this since before the first Christmas tree. But lately, it’s getting harder than ever. Humans are distracted by their phones and their busy lives, and Monica’s starting to feel disheartened. While venting to one of her angel friends about how things are going, she bumps—literally—into fellow angel Michael, spilling coffee everywhere. Ugh. The worst.Michael’s an up-and-comer—an angel who already has his wings, even though he’s not yet a century old. Monica can’t stand him. For all her careful preparation, he’s the opposite: impulsive and a bit of a rule-bender.At the annual Christmas Connection meeting, led by Gabriel, Monica gets even more bad news—she’s not winning “Angel of the Year.” That honor is going to (you guessed it) Michael. To make things even more complicated, Monica and Michael are assigned the same two humans to match—Patrick and Daisy. This has never happened before, but Cloud Command says it must be so.When they pop down to Earth, their very different approaches immediately clash. Michael loves pushing the limits of what angels are allowed to do—something Monica finds both frustrating and, annoyingly, kind of intriguing. Despite their efforts, Patrick and Daisy just aren’t clicking. As Monica and Michael spend more time together, they open up to each other. Monica reveals that she matched Patrick’s great-grandparents—and every generation since. Patrick is a legacy match, and this one means everything to her.But when the match still doesn’t happen, Gabriel calls them in. Monica is put on leave, and Michael—trying to protect her—gives up his wings. When Monica returns to plead his case, she overhears what she thinks is Michael saying she doesn’t have what it takes anymore.Heartbroken, Monica heads down to Earth for some hot chocolate and, for the first time ever, a good cry. There, she runs into Michael. They talk, reconcile, and he tells her how truly amazing she is. Together, they decide to throw caution to the wind and make Patrick and Daisy’s love story happen once and for all—and they do.Afterward, Monica and Michael have a playful snowball fight, laughing and realizing they’re feeling something new—something “flutterous.” Gabriel appears, revealing that they were his mission all along. As golden dust of the Holy Spirit falls around them, Gabriel grants them a new promotion—a life of love. They slow dance beneath the glow as the gold dust swirls, and finally… they kissssss. 💫

A Royal Montana Christmas
It’s the first new Hallmark Christmas movie of 2025! The whole gang is back together to review A Royal Montana Christmas, recorded live during the Deck the Hallmark Marathon.ABOUT A ROYAL MONTANA CHRISTMASOverwhelmed by her royal duties during the Christmas season, Princess Victoria of Zelarnia decides to take a vacation to Peaceful Pines Ranch in Montana to decompress and reconnect with a place she remembers from childhood. While at the ranch, she meets Huntley Blaylock, a rugged ranch guide, and the two form an unexpected bond as she rediscovers small-town traditions and considers what she truly wants for her future.AIR DATE & NETWORK FOR A ROYAL MONTANA CHRISTMASPremieres Saturday, October 18, 2025 | Hallmark ChannelCAST & CREW OF A ROYAL MONTANA CHRISTMASFiona Gubelmann as Princess Victoria of ZelarniaWarren Christie as Huntley BlaylockBRAN’S A ROYAL MONTANA CHRISTMAS SYNOPSISWe are in Zelarnia, and Princess Victoria is a VIBE! She’s very clearly British—you can tell by her accent. She likes horses, she’s not great with candles… but SHE IS CRUSHING IT! She’s reading a Hallmark card from her papa—her papa taught her everything she knows about horses. She comes downstairs in her cozy, earth-toned pajamas.Missing her dad, Victoria wants to visit a ranch she used to spend time at with him as a kid. Her mom says, clearly, “This means a lot to you. Off you go.”It doesn’t take long for her to get into trouble. She runs over a guy’s box of ornaments—so inconsiderate. When she arrives at the ranch, she asks about the holiday ball. They tell her they don’t do that anymore. Princess Victoria is sad—but that’s nothing some Christmas games with other guests can’t fix. That is, until Mr. Angry Pants from earlier shows up. He introduces himself as Huntly and mentions he’s staying there… or something like that. Turns out, his parents own the ranch! He’s home for the holidays, taking a break from coaching baseball. They start working around the ranch together, and it’s magical. The thing is, Coach Huntly isn’t super skilled with ranch chores, but that doesn’t stop him from helping Victoria practice her lasso skills. It’s… a lot.The next day, Victoria sticks around to help decorate. She finds out the local volunteer firefighters need to raise money. Victoria says, “How about a Christmas dance? I can plan it!” Huntly doesn’t like the idea and storms off. What’s his deal?He goes to talk to his dad, who tells him to stop being such a dope. Huntly comes back and tells Victoria she can plan the party—but it has to be on the 19th. She sighs, “Well, I guess I’ll have to extend my trip.” To celebrate, they go stargazing together. We learn he hates the dance because it was supposed to be his big sendoff to play ball. He got injured that year and never went again. It also turns out they actually met as kids, and he always wished she’d return. He leans in for a kiss, and she stops him. She says, “I have to tell you something…I’m a princess.” He’s not fazed. They try to kiss again, but they get interrupted twice. Two interruptions is enough—they call it a night. The next day, he asks if she’d be his date to the dance. She’s all in. But when he tells her he wants to be on the same team and is open to moving to her kingdom, she gets scared. The next day, he gives her a little wooden horse—and that’s all she needed. They go to the dance together and party hard. He tells her he’s moving back home full-time. She says, “I could never ask you to leave your family, and I’m not leaving mine.” He takes that in and kisses her insanely, pulling her into his beard for safe keeping—then she storms off. YOURE MAKING THIS TOO HARD!Victoria ends up leaving the next day without saying goodbye, leaving her wooden horse behind. It seems like it’s over.Cut to Christmas Day in Montana. Huntly is doing chores when what do his wandering eyes behold but a princess! She tells him she’s giving her sisters the crown and is moving to Montana. They kiss HARD! She introduces him to her family, and they all have Christmas breakfast together—as Victoria and Huntly kiss hard again!

This old dude is like, “Uh oh, the boat’s having issues. I’ll call it in.” The younger dude’s like, “No, just fix it,” while flashing his gun. The young guy takes a call and says he’s got it handled — all while eyeing a fancy violin. The old guy overhears and tries to call for help, but ends up getting smacked in the head.Three months later, missing person posters are going up for the old captain — put up by his daughter.Cut to Gethsemane, who’s conducting a choir (and crushing it) while trying to ignore her ghost friend, Eamon. She reveals a new statue to honor a dead guy, but everyone thinks it sucks. After the show, hottie Griff goes up to tell her how great it was — and of course Inspector O’Reilly isn’t far behind. Classic love triangle stuff. She’s thrilled when her brother, Jackson, gets into town to visit. They sing a song and grieve the loss of their dad, who died a year ago. They head to a pub, where Jackson ends up chatting with the violin guy from the beginning. Jackson, who works at a music store, asks to take a look. The guy says he should be able to sell it and retire. Jackson asks if there are any good bands playing, and the guy says the hotel he’s staying at has a piano player — that’s about it. He ends up leaving his bag behind, so Jackson goes to return it. When he gets there, the lights go out, someone yells, and Jackson rushes upstairs to find the violin guy on the ground — and a hooded figure running off with the violin. Jackson tells the hotel employee to call the police, which naturally means Inspector O’Reilly.Gethsemane goes to check on her brother, and Eamon shows up saying he might be able to help. He takes her to talk to the ghost of the dead guy. He says the violin guy’s name was Ray — paid cash up front but seemed off the whole time. He asks Gethsemane to get a message to his daughter, and she agrees.Inspector O’Reilly checks the security footage, and the hooded figure appears to be a woman. That same hooded figure later runs out of the dead guy’s boat when Gethsemane goes to check it out.Naturally, Gethsemane is now on the case — with Eamon’s help, of course. There are sketchy art dealers, teachers, and bears, oh my! (Okay, no bears. I lied.)Gethsemane and Griff grow closer and even almost kiss! Her brother figures out she has powers — and he’s totally cool with it.Turns out Ray was originally going to sell the violin to a music store owner but backed out for a higher bidder. So she and the harbor master hatched a plan… and now Ray’s dead. But don’t worry — Gethsemane catches them! She wraps up the case, enjoys the rest of her time with her brother, and yay for love!

Haul Out the Halloween
It’s time to Haul out the Halloween!Scott from Christmas Morning joins Bran, Dan, and Brian to break down the latest movie in Hallmark’s wildly popular Haul Out the Holly franchise.ABOUT HAUL OUT THE HALLOWEENNew, Halloween-obsessed neighbors inspire residents of Evergreen Lane to haul out their spookiest costumes and décor to become EverSCREAM Lane.AIR DATE & NETWORK FOR HAUL OUT THE HALLOWEENOctober 11, 2024 | Hallmark ChannelCAST & CREW OF HAUL OUT THE HALLOWEENLacey Chabert as EmilyWes Brown as JaredMelissa Peterman as PamelaEllen Travolta as Mary LouiseStephen Tobolowsky as NedKimberly J. Brown as LunaBRAN’S HAUL OUT THE HALLOWEEN SYNOPSISEvergreen Lane is the most festive street in America, and nothing is more festive than a wedding! Emily and Jared are the ones tying the knot — and even better, the Johnsons are gone! The wedding is beautiful, and everything seems perfect. While Emily and Jared are on their honeymoon, a new couple moves in and decorates big for Halloween — like, really big. The rest of the crew wonders if they should contact Jared, the head of the HOA, but decide to wait until he’s back. When Jared finally sees the decorations, he’s so shocked he literally drops Emily. He heads over to tell the new neighbors that all their lawn decorations have to go. “This is Evergreen Lane, not Everscream Lane!” But Jared is stunned to learn from Emily’s parents that the “no other holiday decorations” rule was never actually added to the bylaws. We learn that Evergreen Lane used to go all out for Halloween, but after Emily’s Gram Gram passed away, her parents thought she wouldn’t want it anymore. Quite the opposite — Emily insists it’s time to bring the spooky fun back, because that’s exactly what Gram Gram would’ve wanted. The committee gathers to gossip about the “weird new neighbors,” right as they walk in — Luna and Marvin. Turns out Luna really is a witch… in a play!Emily and Jared soon announce that Everscream Lane is officially a go! Events are planned, and every house has one week to come up with a Halloween display. Everyone’s in — but Luna and Marvin propose one more idea: a spooky alley to raise money for the children’s hospital. It’s approved, as long as it’s not too spooky.Jared surprises Emily by saying he doesn’t want to do a couple’s costume this year — and that’s a little scary for her. What’s scary for Jared? Emily’s mom might be dating Ned! Things come to a head when Jared lashes out at Ned during the pumpkin decorating competition — even throwing Ned’s pumpkin to the ground… while local TV cameras are rolling.Jared’s put on leave from the HOA until he makes things right with Ned — which he does. All is well again, just in time for the Halloween cookie competition (complete with ugly Halloween sweaters). To Pamela’s shock, Emily’s cookies win!Emily decides to publish a children’s book inspired by Evergreen Lane. Then, big news — the local news channel is coming back to cover the Lane on Halloween night! Everything is perfect. After briefly appearing as “Chaddy Kruger” — a Chad Kroeger/Freddy Krueger mashup costume — Jared realizes he’s a married man now and rejoins Emily for a team costume.Everscream Lane is a huge success, and the whole gang celebrates as Jared gets the news: he’s been accepted into the Norwegian Santa School!
