As the country and the world slowly start to re-open, the monster known as stress is definitely having a moment. Whether it's stress about a perceived lack of progress over the last year and a half, a challenging life event on the horizon, or the chaos that can arise from multi-generational communication breakdowns, we all need to take a moment and just breathe.
