HIIT vs. MIIT on Aerobic & Cognitive Outcomes: RCT

Join @jmusgravept as he discusses a recent randomized control trial, comparing aerobic & cognitive outcomes for high-intensity interval training (HIIT) compared to moderate-intensity interval training (MIIT) for older adult adults with no training history.
