In our first episode of 2021 we are starting a new series talking to State Champion winning coaches. In this episode we talk with Adam Carter who is the Head Football Coach at Grayson High School (GA) who recently won the AAAAAAA state Championship. Coach Carter talks about what he believe made the difference with this team and what pushed them to excel. He also discusses some struggles that his program faced this year on their march to the top and offers some very solid advice to anyone aspiring to become a head coach.

We discuss important factors from making your resume stand out to how to conduct yourself through out the interview process.
