Coach Pfiester is the Head Football Coach at Long County in Georgia. Long County went 28-179-2 before he become the Head Coach and had never made the playoffs. His teams are 31-23 and have made the playoffs all five years. It is one of the best, if not the best, turn around job in Georgia High School Football history.
