We kick off dirty stach week with one of Columbia's worst serial killers, Luis Garavito who not only known for his large dirty mustachio, but also for the deaths of what is likely close to 300 boys throughout the 90's. The worst part is that he could possibly walk the streets of Columbia again this year. On the third day, so went missing within a very small timeframe from the ship and has been sighted throughout the years since then.
