Why are conservatives defending judicial supremacism as Democrats finally learn to hate it? The Democrat attacks on the authority of the courts are actually a blessing in disguise. I explain why, although we have enjoyed some good rulings recently, in the long run, judicial supremacy will only harm our ability to go our separate ways in red states.
