Today, I give you the news and data showing how crime is on the rise, particularly assaults and rapes, because career criminals are no longer locked up. Minneapolis is one of the places going from “Minnesota nice” to a bloody beating zone. Republicans have a golden opportunity to win back suburban voters on this issue, but they are instead joining with the Democrats to push policies letting out even more people from prison while agreeing to gun control. On Constitution Day, I commemorate the 232nd anniversary of the signing of that sacred document by explaining the system we adopted and how it applies to the times in which we live. Our single biggest deviation from the Constitution is the practice of judicial supremacism. The entire Kavanaugh saga comes from the point everyone is missing – that we no longer understand what is and what is not the judicial power in the first place. So, what is the solution to Afghanistan? We are joined today by retired Air Force Col. Dan Steiner, who explains that we have all the tools we need to succeed in a defined mission with air superiority. Unfortunately, thanks to political correctness, the military-industrial complex, and inter-branch rivalries within the military, we are left with a dumpster fire in Afghanistan, which is hurting our deterrent in other theaters. Dan believes that because our mission has been turned into an industry, it has left the president with a series of false choices. Key lesson? We need a coherent and comprehensive vision for our national security. I have a whole list of dos and don'ts on immigration and foreign policy.
