In September, Radio Maria England began broadcasts from the Archdiocese of Birmingham’s series, Women in Scripture. This is a series celebrating the lives and influence of women in scripture, some of the greatest women of all time. Natalie Orefice, Diocesan Advisor for Formation and Mission at the Archdiocese of Birmingham, presented a monthly podcast with dynamic women from across the Diocese of Birmingham, each focussing on a different woman in the Bible. It aimed to ask and answer who these women were and what they can teach us today. The podcast is part of the God Who Speaks initiative, helping to deepen our faith and love of the scriptures.
