Ihre Forschungsschwerpunkte sind die internationale Politik des Nahen Ostens, darunter Nationalismus, Sektierertum und ethnische Konflikte. – Salam Said ist Forscherin, Politikberaterin und Ökonomin. Ihr Schwerpunkt liegt auf dem wirtschaftlichen Wiederaufbau nach dem Krieg und der Erholung in Syrien. – Bayan Anouz ist Doktorandin in Politikwissenschaften am Institut für Friedensforschung und Sicherheitspolitik der Universität Hamburg, wo sie zur syrischen Diaspora in Deutschland forscht. Sie ist außerdem Erziehungswissenschaftlerin mit dem Schwerpunkt Migration und Bildung und Dozentin für Sozialarbeit an der International University Bremen. – Ammar Azzouz ist wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter an der School of Geography and the Environment der Universität Oxford. Her research focuses on the international politics of the Middle East, including nationalism, sectarianism, and ethnic conflict. – Salam Said is a researcher, policy adviser, and economist. Her focus lies on post-war economic reconstruction and early recovery in Syria. – Bayan Anouz is a doctoral candidate in political science at the Institute for Peace Research and Security Policy at the University of Hamburg, where she conducts research on the Syrian diaspora in Germany. She is also an educational scientist specialising in migration and education and a lecturer in social work at the International University Bremen. – Ammar Azzouz is a Research Fellow at the School of Geography and the Environment, at the University of Oxford.
