#TheHowieGames | Patty Mills is one of a kind. I came away from this episode thinking he is a very special person.  If you combine Patty's background, his upbringing, his desire to succeed, his leadership, his work as a role mode and a spokesman, his empathy and care for others, his love and sharing of his culture and his ability to hit massive 3 point bombs….Well, all that makes for a very powerful combination!  Most people would be more than happy to say they are an NBA champion. But that's only a small part of who Patty is.  This show has always aimed to revolve around the themes of inspiration and motivation. #TheHowieGames | In the heady days of the 1980’s, where New Zealand were rolling out in the brown and beige kit, Ian Smith was a mainstay of the Kiwi team. A wicketkeeper and lower order bat, Ian played 63 tests and 98 ODIs for the black caps.  After retiring from the game, Ian took up cricket and rugby broadcasting. Due to his passion, excitement and energy, he is my favourite cricket broadcaster. Smithy is a gun! This ep goes back to the days of the underarm ball and Channel Nine's "golden goblets" for player of the match! It ends with Ian’s crowning glory… His iconic call of the 2019 world cup final between England and his beloved New Zealand. The big man delivers in spades in this ep! A Le Mans winner, a world sports car champion and a starter in 158 Formula One Grand Prix. Since then, alongside the great Murray Walker, his voice has become synonymous with F1.
