Opinions of others

In this short episode I challenge the "don't give a F about other people's opinions" mentality and instead encourage you to think about calling upon the opinion of those people who truly matter. Those people that are going to LOVE you tough and give you feedback and opinion that is going to help you IMPROVE.  Much love  Ryan

What keeps you up at night?

In the police, leaders would ask; what keeps you up at night? They would ask this as a way of trying to understand what people were prioritising, whether they were focusing on the right things, and subconsciously making a judgment as to whether they care enough about what needs to be done.  Well. Might I suggest we ask a different question? Instead of what keep you up at night, ask you people, what must absolutely go right for this to be a success? See what difference that makes.  Much love Ryan

PREPARING | PRACTICING | PERFORMING | REFLECTING

This short episode was inspired by a conversation last night in our Master Heart and Mind Group Coaching programme.  Rather than look at others and compare yourself, just seek to understand where you are right now.  Are you; PREPARING - yourself for success? PRACTICING - to make progress? PERFORMANCE - and getting results? REFLECTING - on how to improve? Much love Ryan
