Kearney has ABachelor’s Degree from the University of Oregon inRecreation Administration and Management. Kearney also attended Oklahoma State University where he competed with some of the greatest athletes in the wrestling world and was an All-American for the Cowboys. In 2020 Kearney was named the KCAC Conference Coach of the Year leading St. Mary’s to a Conference Championship. In 2024 CoachKearney repeated the honor of being selected KCAC Coach of the Year and the Spires were the 2025 Conference Champions. In his tenure with St. Mary’s Kearney has had 3 Wrestlers of the Year with the last 2 in a row. He was runner-up at the 2016 NCAA Championships in the shot put and sixth in the hammer that same day. He was the 2014 and 2015 Big Ten Champion in the Hammer Throw and the Field athlete of the year in 2015. Enekwechi, who represents Nigeria on the World stage, recorded a personal-best shot-put throw of 21.80 meters to qualify for the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games. Enekwechi has competed at the 2020 and 2024 Summer Olympic Games taking 12th in 2020 and 6th in 2024. Sachin McDonnell, Maximum Sports Conditioning

Send us Fan MailCoach McDonnell is the owner of Maximum Sports Conditioning in Bellevue Washington. He is also the owner of Paladin Health and Human Performance, Coach McDonnell’s online training platform. McDonnell trains all ages and levels of athletes from 6-76. His focus is a clientele between 8-18. McDonnell works with TPV concepts taught by Rolf Ohman and Randy Huntington. Coach McDonnell applies these ideas in a conjugate style training system. On top of the training McDonnell is driven by the psychology of coaching, through by-in and trust. An introvert himself these ideas have helped his coaching as much as the science portion. Coach McDonnell has an Exercise Science degree from Seattle Pacific University as well as a CSCS on top of countless other certifications.
