300. A Real Conversation About Growth, Anxiety, and Becoming... As I Hit 300 Episodes
Hi mama,
As I reached episode 300 of Mom Wife Career Life I found myself reflecting on the past three years of balancing corporate work, motherhood, and building this podcast.
I’m proud to say that through job changes, stress, parenting, and life’s ups and downs, I’ve never missed a week of releasing an episode.
But hitting this milestone also brought an unexpected feeling…
Disappointment.
Because if I’m being honest, I thought life would look a little different by now.
In this episode, I share the reality of the past year… including a health scare, anxiety, grief, tragedy in my community, and the emotional rollercoaster of preparing to send my oldest daughter to college.
Through it all, my priorities have shifted.
Right now they look like:
Protecting my health
• Being present with my family
• Soaking up every moment of having all three of my kids under the same roof
Because sometimes growth isn’t loud.
Sometimes it looks like rest… letting go of timelines… protecting your peace… and showing up for what matters most.

299. Working Mom Mindset: Learning To Bend So You Don't Break
Hi Mamas,
In today’s episode, I’m breaking down what this quote means for busy working moms who are juggling careers, families, responsibilities, and the constant pressure to do it all.

Because somewhere along the way, many of us learned that being strong meant never bending.
But real life doesn’t work that way.
Life brings storms.
Sometimes those storms look like stress at work.
Sometimes they look like unexpected life events.
Sometimes they look like seasons where everything just feels heavier than usual.
And when that happens, the strongest thing we can do isn’t always pushing harder.
Sometimes the strongest thing we can do is bend… adapt… and protect our energy so we don’t break.
Because bending doesn’t mean you’re failing.
Sometimes bending is exactly what allows you to keep going.
