Shaun T is a world-renowned health and fitness expert, TV host, motivator and creator of the best-selling fitness programs INSANITY, HIP HOP ABS, FOCUS T25, INSANITY MAX:30, CIZE and newly released SHAUN WEEK. He’s learned that the more he makes the world better, the more his own world is improved.
He makes the point that good givers are great getters, but you have to give fully without the expectation that it will benefit you.
