After a goalless first half, the French dominated with 3 unanswered goals in the second. Morocco also secured 3 points over Argentina behind a dramatic ending with a stoppage time goal, VAR, fans unrest, and over an hour long game suspension. On the women’s side, more pre-tournament drama broke out as Canada Soccer goes under investigation and Emma Hayes tries to lower Olympic expectations while explaining that the playing field has become more even. Tyler Adams out, USMNT Coaching search continues, USWNT Olympic preview

Alexi Lalas and David Mosse are back and dive into all things U.S. Soccer. The USMNT coaching search continues, focusing on many non-American coaches. After recent back surgery, it is announced that USMNT captain Tyler Adams will be out for the start of the EPL season. With the Olympics kicking off this week Alexi and Mosse preview the tournament. The U-23 Men’s Olympic team will face France on Wednesday, and the U.S. Women’s Olympic team will take on Zambia on Thursday. Lynn Williams replaced Catarina Macario on the Women’s squad. Spain wins historic 4th Euro Championship, Messi & Argentina go BACK-to-BACK-to-BACK

Alexi Lalas and David Mosse recap both the Euro 2024 Finals and the Copa América 2024 Finals, ending in dramatic fashion. Spain was undoubtedly the best team of the Euro tournament, finishing on top with a 2-1 victory. The champions lifted the trophy behind goals from Nico Williams and Mikel Oyarzabal, and became the first team to win four Euro Championships. On the Copa América side, Lionel Messi and Ángel Di María were able to complete the story booking ending on an extra time Lautaro Martínez goal.  Argentina wins their third straight major tournament and 16th Copa América, but not without a hectic start and an 82 minute delay.
