April 26, 2026 — UFO Scientist Chris Rutkowski
Gene and Geneva catch up on the ongoing UFO saga with Canada's premier investigator, Chris Rutkowski, who has been investigating UFO phenomena since the 1970s. The discussion covered Rutkowski's research findings, including his work with the Canadian UFO Survey and his personal experiences meeting Dr. J. Allen Hynek. The conversation explored various UFO cases, including physical evidence like the Falcon Lake case from 1967, as well as more mysterious encounters involving entities and cattle mutilations. The discussion also touched on the challenges of distinguishing between physical phenomena and psychological experiences in UFO reports, and considered the possibility of extraterrestrial life while acknowledging the lack of definitive proof. He has ten published books on UFOs and related issues, including Unnatural History (1993), Abductions and Aliens (1999), A World of UFOs (2008), the children’s book I Saw It Too! (2009), The Big Book of UFOs (2010), When They Appeared (2017) (co-authored with Stan Michalak), and Canada’s UFOs: Declassified (2021) details remarkable UFO cases investigated by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, the Royal Canadian Air Force, and the National Research Council of Canada. His book Canada’s UFO Secrets (2026) examines how the Canadian government has viewed UAP over the decades. Rutkowski blogs about UFOs and related issues at: Ufology Research and he oversees an annual study of UFO reports in Canada at: Canadian UFO ReportBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-paracast-the-gold-standard-of-paranormal-radio--6203433/support.

April 19, 2026 — Cutting-Edge Paranormal Commentator Red Pill Junkie
Gene and Geneva present the one-and-only Red Pill Junkie (accept no substitutes). The discussion centers on various UFO-related topics and also the current state of the world, including concerns about AI-induced psychosis and its potential connection to the UFO phenomenon. They discussed historical UFO cases, including the Collins Elite group's demonic interpretations of UFOs and Jacques Vallee's controversial Trinity case book. The discussion also touched on government UFO investigations. Agnostic gnostic, walking conundrum and metaphysical oxymoron (with emphasis in the 'moron' part), the mysterious RPJ leaves a double life: By day he serves as Grand Master in the International Sacred Order of Lucha Libre, but at night he pursues his life-long study of everything considered mysterious and/or 'paranormal' --a term he personally detests. When he's not exploring the web looking for his daily fix of Forteana, he can be found making artsy stuff, fooling around on social media, or offering his services as writer and news administrator at The Daily Grail (dailygrail.com). He also regularly participates in other websites and podcasts like 'Where Did the Road Go?' He impatiently awaits for the return of the mothership, the zombie Apocalypse, the AI insurrection, or a MAGA-made Armageddon, in Mexico City; whichever comes first. March 22, 2026 — Paranormal Shop Talk: Geneva Hagen and Tilly Treadwell
Our newest cohost, Geneva Hagen joins us with our very special guest Tillie Treadwell for a very special shop talk episode. A lifelong activist, Geneva grew up in the foothills of Appalachia with an extended family that practiced folk magic such as dowsing, table rapping, precog dreaming and psychic healing. She was coeditor of Caveat Emptor and Crossroads Quarterly zines and on staff at High Times, Beyond Reality, two community newspapers and the BC Legislative Assembly. Geneva was a hatha yoga instructor and a certified NLP (neurolinguistic programming) practitioner. She moved to Canada in the mid 1980s and spent six years off the grid in a log cabin, until all the chopping of wood and carrying of water had wrecked her shoulders. Tillie is an American author and experiencer. Her very earliest memories include what seem to be paranormal encounters, and the other side has always played a central role in her life. She was co-lead of an exorcist and investigative team with the Catholic church, has worked as an independent tarot interpreter, healer, medium and advisor, and today is an author for Zontar Press, a publishing house run by Tim R.
