Seeing Yourself as God Sees You with Travis Ala
It's a privilege to be able to introduce my friend, Travis Ala. A man who is truly on fire for God. A former Marine and police officer, Travis has served his country and been served divorced papers - twice! He was raised Mormon and he's now blazing his own trail in his relationship with God as an entrepreneur, coach, and speaker. While softly spoken, Travis' message is loud and clear: you can overcome past setbacks in a life of selfishness and achieve things beyond your wildest dreams if you stay mindful of what you can bring to life, rather than what you can get out of it. Travis candidly shares his life story, how he found God, and the success he's enjoyed with his iCRYO 'biohacking center' franchise. This is a conversation about leadership, faith, and coming to terms with your relationship with God. Get out of religion and into relationship. Please join us. "The way God wants us to have a relationship with him is that when we make a mistake we think 'I gotta call my dad because he's gonna know exactly what to do'. When you bring your problems to your father instead of trying to hide them, it's a completely different dynamic." - Steve Weatherford In this Episode: - How to be authentic as a leader in your church - Reconciling past shame with being on fire for God now - Do you have to conform to the way the church wants you to do things? - Moving to Frisco to start a new life - Being baptized in 2019 - Life as a mormon - What are Mighty Men? - Understanding iCRYO - Making your business about service rather than about yourself - Going from a mercenary to a maestro - Seeing yourself as God sees you - And more… Resources Mentioned: - About iCRYO Connect with Steve: - Twitter - LinkedIn - Facebook - Instagram - Youtube Connect with Travis Ala: - Instagram - Website

Strength Through Struggle with Dustin Johnson
You have already met John Highley in the last episode of the show. Today, I want to introduce Dustin G Johnson. At the beginning of high school he played sports and loved doing it. But then he met some awful coaches and quit at age 15. Playing sports was the only reason why he was going to school, so girls, drugs and alcohol became his main areas of interest. Addiction took him to a downward spiral. Until, one day, he met his wife and they decided to change their lives together. Sobriety, exercise, AA meetings, embracing Jesus in Frisco and writing a book in 24 hours are some of the topics covered in this conversation. Right now. Dustin is learning how to be still and trust God. When he started following God's path, he believed. He didn't know how it was going to work out, but he believed in God. Today, in his heart, he just knows. That's been his transition - from belief to knowledge, and in this episode, he shares it all with me, John and Pierce. "God wants to see us do what we are capable of doing and then he will do what we are incapable of doing. First we need to get things in order and take action. Then God will show up." -Steve Weatherford In this Episode: - Dustin Johnson introduces himself - Dustin's marriage - Paths to sobriety - When God got a hold on Dustin - John Wesley's influence - Pierce shares his thoughts on religion Resources Mentioned: - Ryan Stewman - Pastor Keith Craft Mastermind - The Million Dollar Masterminds 2021 - Josh Littauer - John Wesley - Kevin Zadai - Scott Unclebach Connect with Steve: - Twitter - LinkedIn - Facebook - Instagram - Youtube Connect with John Highley: - Instagram - Church Of The Savage Connect with Dustin G Johnson: - Instagram

Answering God's Call with The Marketing Savage John Highley
John Highley popped into my life about a year ago. He also moved to Frisco, TX, pursuing alignment as I did. Since John has become very consistent in my life, I invited him so you can listen to his testimony directly. People call John "Pastor Savage" because he operates the online Church Of The Savage. Besides, he has created many successful businesses in different branches. Pierce Lowe is also present in the discussion and he asks some insightful questions to John. Vision, abundance, faith, being a steward, how not to block God's blessings, the dangers of pride and how to connect with your inner abundance are some of the topics we cover in this conversation. "You need motivation until you become disciplined."-Steve Weatherford In this Episode: - John Highley introduces himself - John's upbringing - Answering God's call - How did John go from a highschool dropout to a successful businessman - Breakthroughs that come when battling with other people - Different mindsets around money - How to agreeing with God Resources Mentioned: - Ryan Stewman - Pastor Keith Craft Mastermind - The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People - Dent Magic USA - Chris Peterson - Jesse Itzler - Rudy Ruettiger - Dr. Jordan B. 5 Keys To Transformation Through 75 Hard
For the third time, I got to sit with my wife, and this time around, she'll be sharing her phenomenal experience with the 75 Hard Personal Development Program. I'm still in awe of her sheer discipline and how she managed to pull it off, knowing that what she went through was not an easy feat at all. What I am more in awe of though is the result and the impact being in that program has brought not only to her health and well-being but her overall disposition and mindset. Could this program actually be what you're looking for to change your life, for good, too? "When she told me she'll do the 75 hard, I looked at her and said, 'are you sure?' because I knew everything that was involved. I've seen some of my really hardcore disciplined friends take 6 months to finish it." -Steve Weatherford In this Episode: - Laura shares what the program is about and the kind of preparation you need to make before joining the program - What motivated her to join the program - What 75 days can do to change your life for the better - The 7 disciplines she had to embrace and live up to for 75 days - All the experiences she went through while going through the 75 Hard program - The 5 keys to success and transformation with the 75 hard program Resources Mentioned: - Transcend - Man Academy Connect with Steve: - Twitter - LinkedIn - Facebook - Instagram - Youtube

How To Develop Your Core Values With Your Spouse
I was a Ronin, or a masterless warrior, for most of my life. This means that I didn't have anyone to help me make decisions or to keep me on track. I was just trying to earn my worthiness by achieving a lot of different goals. But then I realized that I needed to get clear on what I actually valued. Once I did that, I was able to create a foundation for my life that was based on more than just winning and excellence. I was able to lead myself and my family more intentionally and achieve the results that I really wanted. If you're looking for guidance on how to develop your own core values and achieve personal growth, then this episode is for you. We'll go through The Weatherford Way so that you can get the clarity and direction you need to make your values meaningful and impactful. "We are the Weatherford family. We are a fearless and disciplined family that honors and grows always and all ways with the joyful spirit of excellence." -Steve Weatherford In this Episode: - Learn about the Viking princess process and the core values to lead your family, your team, and your fellow leaders - How the Weatherford way started - How to give meaning to core values - Get clear on your values, on your partner's values, and how to align them with the way you live - How the Weatherford family created their 6 core values - Creating personal core values individually versus creating them together with your spouse - Pointers for couples as they create their core values - How to be a great leader to your family Resources Mentioned: - Get 15% off Brain MD supplements using code "WEATHERFORD15" at checkout Connect with Steve: - Twitter - LinkedIn - Facebook - Instagram - YouTube

How to Lead Your Team Towards Unity and Alignment
Join this profound conversation with Steve and his lovely wife, Laura, as they talk about the best practices for leading their children. Laura shared some examples of how they're teaching them to live up to the core values they've set for the family. They also talk about the value of being on the same page as parents, of not having a mom's way or a dad's way, only the Weatherford way. Through this conversation, you'll learn how leadership can begin at home and the best way to start if you want to lead entrepreneurs and fellow leaders. "Our last name is Weatherford, so we call it the Weatherforward way. One of our core values is discipline. If I'm the one who is disciplined and then mom is not disciplined, then it's no longer the Weatherford way. It's dad's way or mom's way." -Steve Weatherford In this Episode: - Learn the importance of having family core values - Mom's way versus dad's way - why there should never be such things - Be a thermostat not a thermometer - Learn about the Weatherford way - How to make values-driven business decisions - Why the skill of getting on the same page is essential to lead entrepreneurs and fellow leaders - How unity is depicted by having your partner or your team's back, especially during decision moments Resources Mentioned: - Laura's blog - pending link - Get 15% off Brain MD supplements using code "WEATHERFORD15" at checkout Connect with Steve: - Twitter - https://twitter.com/weatherford5 - LinkedIn - https://www.linkedin.com/in/steve-weatherford-75625253/ - Facebook - https://www.facebook.com/Official.Steve.Weatherford/ - Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/weatherford5/?hl=en - Youtube - https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC9Dms2vyzJwiN4UltE2_N7g

Back in January, Steve was on a trip to visit San Diego when his phone rang. It was a call from Ed Mylett asking if he could cover for him and speak at Terry Savelle Foy's, "Next Conference 2022." So after a short 2 month sabbatical from speaking, Steve went and spoke to hundreds of business and church leaders to help them get clear on their launching pad to what God has next. How I Master My Time And Use My 168 Hours
They say time is a precious commodity. I say that the value of time lies solely with the bearer. We all have 168 hours each week. How we decide to spend that 168 hours makes all the difference. If you decided to have it evenly distributed to the things that matter to you while I chose to just idle away, and wait for my dreams to come to fruition without the much-needed action, then which 168 hours do you deem more valuable? Now, how do we make every second count? Take inspiration from Steve as he lets us into his schedule and shows us how he's mastered his 168 hours. "Your best life is a culmination of you deciding to make investments in the things that matter most to you and your ability to eliminate distractions." -Steve Weatherford In this Episode: - Here's a consumable food for thought on time mastery - These are the things we must care about, in order of importance - Steve shares the top 5 things that hold a torch out of his 168 hours per week - There's simply a great way to start the day - Define your non-negotiable hours - Master your day and you master your plans - Matthew 6:33 Resources Mentioned: - Jesus Is King Shirts Connect with Steve: - Twitter - https://twitter.com/weatherford5 - LinkedIn - https://www.linkedin.com/in/steve-weatherford-75625253/ - Facebook - https://www.facebook.com/Official.Steve.Weatherford/ - Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/weatherford5/?hl=en - Youtube - https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC9Dms2vyzJwiN4UltE2_N7g
