In a stunning series of recent revelations we have seen the mask and clothes of the emperor dissolve in real time. On July 21st the Justice Department announced that former ABC journalist James Gordon Meek plead guilty to transportation and possession of child sexual abuse material, including a video of an infant being raped. The FBI found that his files date back to 2014, just months after being hired by ABC, prompting speculation that the material might have been part of a black-mail operation. Either way, James was one of a number of journalists who 'debunked' a certain pizza conspiracy, which although was certainly a counter-intelligence operation, discredited the very thing he had on his electronic devices at the time of the debunking. A few days later, an ex-FBI counterintelligence chief, Charles McGonigal, was planning to plead guilty on charges of colluding with Russia. This is the same man who had told the FBI that Russia was offering 'political dirt' on Hillary Clinton as part of an effort to interfere with the 2016 Presidential election. A few days later the Oversight for the Committee on House Administration found that the J6 committee failed to keep documents, data, and video depositions, of the investigation, along with communications with the current White House, and that they outright ignored evidence, including Capitol Hill security failures. Soon after the the House Committee on Oversight and Accountability released more bank records showing that Joe Biden and his son Hunter, along with business associates, received millions in payouts from Russians, Ukrainians, and Kazakhstani oligarchs as political bribes. One partner testified that they sold the Bidens as a "brand" to make profit. We seem to have a generation of people who are looking for the white van, not to avoid it, but to demand free candy. Common people are so eager to take their unfair share of anything labeled ‘free’, going so far as to attack others and do things that lack basic human decency. They want free money, phones, schooling, debt relief, electronics, clothing, etc., and will fight for the last gaming console, but say nothing about FREE-dom. When a mob gathered in New York Union Square Friday afternoon some excepted to walk away with a free Playstation from the Twitch streamer Kai Cenat. Shorty into the gathering, however, people began rioting, even jumping onto a moving vehicle they thought Kai was in. Thirty of the sixty five arrested were minors and one person was rushed to the hospital having been shot with a firework. This sounds similar to the work of political activist groups that gather and resort to violence within a short period of time. Ironically, when the issue was not made racial; the media made no comment on laregly white police arresting a largely black crowd. Seems there is a weird double standard here. Nevertheless, what we witnessed was how the barely literate, and very entitled, can be so easily influenced into doing anything their phones and apps tell them. Influencers can easily become government or corporate plants paid to sell or influence public opinion. Heroes are being replaced by corporate-sponsored influencers and smooth-talking politicians by the mentally damaged. People often say that it is difficult to know what is true, who can be trusted, or what is happening in the world. In the past illiteracy prevented the public from rebellion but today it is largely literacy that does that job. Most people can read and write, but only sort of, and these are the people consumed with words or ideas that sound nice or with reading headlines and thinking they are informed. Whereas in the past it has been censorship that controlled information, today it is excessive propaganda which so overwhelms the public they either become zealots or loose contact with reality, or both. In all cases, they jump on bandwagons even if they know that what the group is doing stands against their own beliefs. But the group lets them fit in, socialize, and be a part of something, while also providing power and influence to defend them. A new movie called ‘Essential Church’ documents the resistance of some churches to state mandated lockdowns in 2020 and onward. Although the movie is very Christian, it has received very little attention, pro or anti, from any media, as opposed to movies like Sound of Freedom. Why is that? The main premise is whether or not Caesar or God has the ultimate authority of spiritual matters - referencing Romans 13. Mark 12:13-17 is also referenced in the film: “Give back to Caesar what is Caesar’s and to God what is God’s.” But this line refers more to Buddhist philosophy than some political statement that is applicable today. Christians need to learn that quoting the Bible will not win them battles against the state. The whole issue of power is a matter of precedent, legality, lawfulness, and proof. The Sound of Freedom also took Matthew 18:6 out of context to mean only ‘children’ when the verse refers to all of God’s children as “little ones” who should not be led astray by sin: “Whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in Me to sin, it would be better for him if a millstone were hung around his neck, and he were drowned in the depth of the sea.” School districts in Utah, Colorado, and Florida are also being bombarded with demands from single individuals, usually working for political groups like Freedom from Religion, to ban the Bible if other books are also going to be banned. After all, the Bible is filled with violence and sex. But there is a major difference between the two. Books like Flamer is a graphic pornographic display of homosexual acts between young boys, Gender Queer is an explicit pornographic display of sex, and This Book is Gay literally teaches the ‘ins and outs of gay sex’. Of the 175 books banned in Florida, 87% were pornographic and in violation of statute 847.012, a law which makes it a felony penalty to distribute porn to children. The Bible, on the other hand, is probably not age appropriate for some little ones in the same way that adults take it as the harshest literal gospel. But if the Bible should be banned for vulgarity or sex, then what about Leviticus 20:13, which must be one of the verse of proof: “‘If a man also lie with mankind as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination.” Christians refer to this as the proof of God’s anger with homosexuals, when in fact ‘mankind’ could reference all people, and instead refer to promiscuous behavior rather than homosexuality. Hypnotic suggestion is a process by which a person’s thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are stimulated artificially. From disease to temperature, we are constantly being presented with a false sense of danger, which furthermore keeps us in a perpetual state of fear. We are being hypnotized to feel sick and overheat even when this is not objective reality. The obsessive manner in which these subjects are presented to the public is one driver of fear, and when that is coupled with overwhelming amounts of contradicting reports, people begin to feel doubt, shame, guilt, and a need to confess their problems or sins.
