No More Mondays
Angie Callen
No More Mondays is a leadership and human performance podcast for professionals, entrepreneurs, and emerging leaders who want to live and work with intention — not simply follow expectations someone else defined for them.
Hosted by former engineer and executive coach Angie Callen, the show explores what it really means to build a purposeful career, business, and life aligned with your strengths, values, and individual goals.
Because the truth is simple:
Humans still matter.
Mediocrity is expensive.
Ownership changes everything.
Every episode is designed to equip and empower you to navigate the decisions, leadership moments, and mindset shifts that shape your career, business, and life.
The goal isn't just success.
It's learning how to design work that complements your life instead of competing with it.
If you've ever wrestled with the tension between alignment and achievement, fulfillment and performance, or purpose and practicality — this podcast is for you.
Who This Podcast Is For
No More Mondays is for high-performing professionals, entrepreneurs, coaches, and leaders who want to take greater ownership of their work, leadership, and decisions.
Listeners often find themselves asking questions like:
How do I grow my career without burning out?
What does intentional leadership actually look like today?
How do I align my work with my strengths and values?
What does success look like beyond titles, promotions, or traditional career paths?
How do I lead well while navigating uncertainty and change?
How do I design a career that supports my life instead of consuming it?
How do I stay fully human while working in an increasingly AI-enabled world?
If you believe work should support a meaningful life — not compete with it — you'll feel right at home here.
What You'll Learn
Through conversations with entrepreneurs, leaders, authors, and thinkers — along with Angie's solo reflections and Midweek Momentum episodes — the show explores topics like:
Leadership development and modern leadership
Career growth and intentional career design
Entrepreneurship and building meaningful businesses
Human performance and better decision-making
Work-life integration and sustainable success
Navigating career transitions and reinvention
Purpose-driven leadership and authentic influence
Creativity, curiosity, and personal ownership
Thriving in the future of work while staying fully human
You'll also hear conversations about how humans lead, think, and perform in the age of AI — and how technology can amplify our capabilities without replacing the human qualities that matter most.
This isn't a podcast about hustle culture or empty motivation.
It's a space for thoughtful conversations that raise the bar on how we approach leadership, work, and the choices that shape our lives.
Why This Conversation Matters
Work is changing.
Technology, entrepreneurship, AI, and evolving career paths are redefining what success looks like.
But one thing hasn't changed:
The quality of our thinking, leadership, and decisions still determines the quality of our lives.
And the more intentional we are about how we show up — the more agency we have over the careers, businesses, and lives we build.
This podcast exists to help you think more clearly, lead more intentionally, and build a career and life you actually want to live.

You Are More Than What You Do
Growing up in America, we're always asked "what do you want to be when you grow up?" Which in and of itself is fine; but very rarely do we get asked who you want to be when you grow up. Genesis Amaris Kemp is all about finding the answers to the second question, in order to complement the answer to the first. Working in a pre-ordained space in a pre-ordained job is where she found herself for several years. In finding her way back to her true self and true purpose she has empowered many others to prioritize who they want to be over what they want (or others want of them) to do.

The Power of a Dynamic Duo
Creating a startup and making it succeed is not an easy thing. Usually, it takes a combination of experience, teamwork, business acumen, and lessons learned in past ventures to truly bring the vision to life. Just ask Dan Fisher and Brett Singer. They are the principals and founders of Bottle Rocket Media in Chicago, IL. Their venture has grown into the #1 Chicago-based video production agency, garnering numerous awards, including an Emmy. Without their combined experiences and knowledge in the video and television industry, the business wouldn't be where it is today. This just goes to show how powerful a true partnership can be and the success it can bring; the takeaways from this episode are nearly endless!

Leave the Double Life in the Dust!
Too many of us have been shown the path we are supposed to take, regardless of whether we think it's the path we should take; that road dead ends in frustration and feeling unfulfilled. Here, Kassi Cheirogeorgou shares where and how her path in life detoured away from the "proper" course she was following, essentially living two completely separate lives at work and at home, and how she found happiness and satisfaction in the more creative direction she chose.

Neurodivergence + Remote Work: a Perfect Pairing
Many people in the professional world consider neurodivergence a nuisance. After all, divergent means different, and fitting those circular pegs into the square holes of corporate life doesn't always lead to the best of outcomes. Which is why sometimes the roadmap to career success for neurodivergents involves taking the road less traveled. Take it from Karina Schulz. She has spent her working life making bipolar work for her in the best ways possible, creating a successful business, and authoring a book about her struggles and successes. By working in ways that complement her strengths, she uses bipolar as her superpower to tackle whatever challenges work (and life) throw at her.

Rebooting the Tech Space Through Empowerment
To say that the tech space has been a less than welcoming place for women to work is like saying you'll get slightly damp if you're caught outside in a hurricane; massive understatements to say the least. Limor Bergman knows this well. As a software engineer, engineer manager, and director of engineering in a career spanning two decades, Limor has had to navigate a workplace that is often outright hostile towards women, leading her to start a mentorship program with PowerToFly, a non-proft whose goal is to fast-track economic equity by upskilling and connecting underrepresented talent to roles in highly visible sectors. Through mentorship and coaching, Limor has shared her wisdom with countless women, proving that all those cracked glass ceilings out there are ready to shatter.

Let's Talk About Sex (and Business) Baby!
In order to succeed in one's career, all aspects of life need to be in balance. So many of us think that the solutions to problems at work are always found at work when often the exact opposite is true. What's going on at home and in your personal life has just as much, if not more so, of an impact upon mental well-being in the workplace. Remember, there's no time clock on the adage "You cannot pour from an empty cup." Enter from stage left Kim Coffin. Kim is an entrepreneur of 25 years, and a Sex, Love, and Relationship Coach whose approach to self-care, self-acceptance, and self-love in all aspects of one's life spills over profusely into the career realm. In this episode, you can expect to find insight into just how much of an impact keeping that cup full has on our bodies, on our well-being, and all of our relationships, most importantly with one's self. *P.S.* If the title didn't give it away, there will discussions of a sexual nature in this episode. Also, there is a discussion of sexual assault, so please be aware if that's a sensitive subject.
