296. The Importance of “No”
Would you rather read the transcript? Click here.
You’ve heard it before – on this podcast, on other podcasts, in books, maybe even from your own internal voice. “You have to say ‘no’ to say ‘yes.’” But it’s really hard! Today I’m just giving one more touch point to help you check in with yourself about your schedule, your commitments, and your desires. It’s all to easy to get caught up in what everyone else wants and lose touch with your own needs and wants. Hopefully, this episode will provide a chance to re-center!

294. The EOS Journey, Part 6: Implementing
Would you rather read the transcript? Click here.
In my ongoing quest to keep this podcast fresh, I’m trying out a new angle for the next few business episodes. Our practice is currently implementing the Entrepreneurial Operating System, or EOS, as we scale. My intent is to chronicle this journey in relative real-time, providing you all with an inside look into the process. Warning: this will be messy! I hope to keep it as real as possible, and sometimes “real” means complicated and challenging. This series is admittedly more relevant for larger group practice owners, but the principles are applicable across all levels of business.
Today is the sixth episode in the series. We’ve completed our initial three-day onboarding with EOS, and now we’re turned loose to implement the systems for a few months!
