326. Is Owning a Group Practice the Right Financial Choice?

Would you rather read the transcript? Click here. There are any number of reasons for growing from a solo practice to a group practice. In fact, when I consult with practice owners, this is one of the top questions that we discuss: “Should I hire and grow?” The answer, of course, is “it depends.” When folks talk about growing a group practice, I always ask about their “why.” The “why” could be increasing access, serving more people, flexibility with the owner’s schedule, or hopes for making more money. Today, we’re tackling that last question!
