When we share our mistakes with our kids we give them an insight into our humanity. When we receive God's grace in the process, we won't have to tie the stories up with neat bows or over exaggerate the impact. We can tell them some of the reality of what we were thinking, what we wanted, what was flawed, and how God loves us all through dealing with the fallout. Processing your life with your kids may be messy, but love flourishes where real life and needs are acknowledged.Support the show
