If we are physically and emotionally capable of doing so, we should be working towards becoming self sufficient in our daily lives. Don’t be afraid to ask for help, but remember we shouldn’t be using anyone as a crutch for longer than a crutch would be useful because a crutch can never replace a solid foundation.
