I start my day off by spending time with God, then I workout. These are very high on my list of priorities. My second piece of advice is to figure out what can be delegated. I delegate pretty much everything I can do to the fact that most things are too time consuming and I could get a better ROI doing other tasks. My third tip is to not fall victim of simply completing the task that seems easiest to do. Chances are, the easiest task isn’t going to be the one that makes you the most amount of money.
