Lilit Caradanian | Passion Project to Makeup Artist Turned Beauty Entrepreneur
Lilit Caradanian is the founder and CEO of Elcie Cosmetics.
Before launching her own brand, she was a makeup artist and worked in finance prior to that after receiving her MBA.
Upon realizing that working in the corporate world wasn’t for her, Lilit left her job at Disney and took on being a MUA full-time. She had been doing makeup on the side for 10 years at the time, so she had already built a steady client base. After several years of doing this, she opened her first studio and eventually launched her own cosmetics line, Elcie.

Dream Pops sells vegan ice cream popsicles that are packed with superfoods and are free of dairy, gluten, soy, and artificial additives.
David discusses his upbringing, how he came up with the idea for Dream Pops while in Columbia, meeting his co-founders, and the challenges they’ve faced while scaling the company to where it is now.
Other topics include the future of eCommerce with frozen and perishable items, dealing with exhaustion, self-doubt, and fear of the unknown as an entrepreneur, and the current climate of raising startup capital.

Tyler Wilson | Exotic Sausages at Wurstküche
For Episode 48, Pat and Posh are joined by Tyler Wilson, founder of Wurstküche.
Wurstküche is a restaurant in Downtown LA and Venice Beach that provides exotic German sausages, delicious Belgian fries, and imported beers. With lines always out the door, it has become a Los Angeles staple for dining over the last 10 years.
Tyler shares the story of growing up in Santa Barbara and coming up with the idea for Wurstküche while in college at USC. He talks about the early growth, the challenges of running a restaurant and bar, and how he was able to raise money to open his first location.
He also shows us how the name is actually pronounced (it’s not what you think…unless, of course, you speak German)!

They also talk about his fondest memories, what goes into being a successful photographer and the preparation behind it, and his 20+ year relationship with Kobe leading up to their new book together, “The Mamba Mentality: How I Play,” which was released on October 23.
