Joe Fernandez | How Joymode is Challenging the Idea of Ownership
Joe Fernandez is a serial entrepreneur and the co-founder of Klout and, more recently, Joymode. Joymode lends you everything you need to have the experiences you want - from everyday activities to unforgettable moments. Their slogan is “Do More, Own Less” and, since their launch in 2015, they have been responsible for providing countless experiences to their members in Los Angeles, with plans to expand to other major cities soon.Joe grew up in Las Vegas and went to the University of Miami for Computer Science, but didn’t end up graduating although he had more units than what was required (tune in to hear why!). Scott Campbell | Celebrity Tattoo Artist Who Built and Sold Beboe, a Luxury Cannabis Brand Known as the “Hermès of Marijuana”
Scott Campbell is a celebrity tattoo artist, fine artist, and co-founder of Beboe. Beboe is a luxury cannabis brand that designs and sells premium, low-THC products such as vaporizer pens and pastilles.
Before launching Beboe, Scott had a successful career in tattooing, doing work for high-profile celebrities such as Marc Jacobs, Heath Ledger, and Travis Scott. At one point, he was the most expensive tattoo artist in the world. He is also a fine artist whose work has been featured in galleries around the world and has done design work for some of the largest brands, including Louie Vuitton and Hennessy.
In this episode, Pat & Posh hang out with Scott to hear about his upbringing, how he got into tattooing and the highlights of his career, the impact that social media and Instagram has had on the industry, and the real business of tattooing and the creative contrast compared to other forms of art.

Arman Oganesyan | How Dave’s Hot Chicken Went from a Parking Lot to Nationwide Franchise
Arman Oganesyan is the co-founder of Dave’s Hot Chicken, a Nashville-style hot chicken joint based in LA which he started with his two childhood friends, Tommy Rubenyan and David Kopushyan.
Before getting into the food and hospitality business, Arman was an actor and comedian who also created videos on Vine and YouTube. After discovering hot chicken following a visit to Howlin’ Ray’s and being inspired by the concept, the three friends got together and started selling their own out of a parking lot in Hollywood in May 2017.
After just a few days of being open and an EaterLA article, Dave’s quickly became a popular go-to spot for locals and started amassing a large Instagram following. After just 6 months, they moved into their first brick-and-mortar on Western Avenue. Fast forward almost a year later, they have some BIG plans in the making including locations #2 and #3 and a nationwide franchise rollout!
Pat & Posh sat down with Arman to hear about his upbringing, how he met his co-founders, founding Dave’s, and the struggles and successes they’ve endured along the way. We also chat about their vision for expanding the concept, how they plan on scaling the business, and his thoughts on the hot chicken craze in LA.

Ashley Merrill is the founder and CEO of Lunya, a company who makes modern, luxury sleepwear for women. Before launching the company in 2014, Ashley was working at a venture capital firm as well as an online media company when she realized there was a gap in the sleepwear market for women.
Born and raised in LA, Ashley attended UCLA for her bachelors and MBA as well as culinary school prior to working as a professional. She officially launched Lunya by accident while in business school literally as she was giving birth to her first child!

Dr. Jason Wersland | The Chiropractor Who Created Theragun After a Life-Changing Accident
Dr. Jason Wersland is the co-founder, creator, and Head of Performance Development for Theragun, a percussive massage therapy device being used by athletes and people everywhere for muscle relief and recovery.
Before starting Theragun, Dr. Jason owned a company back home in Utah but realized he was on a path he didn’t ultimately want to be on. At the time, he also went through a divorce, lost his business after being a victim of embezzlement, and had 2 young kids with nothing to his name. He picked up his bags and moved to Los Angeles for chiropractic school, hoping he would discover a new path to success.
After suffering a life-changing motorcycle accident in 2008, Dr. Jason came up with the idea for Theragun and hacked together a prototype of the product at home. Eventually, the business took off after a series of difficult challenges and now offers a revolutionary product that is being used by athletes all over the world.
In this episode, Pat & Posh sat down with Dr. Jason to hear about this story and talk about the multitude of lessons he’s learned throughout his incredible journey to where he is now. This was one of the most interesting stories we’ve heard and we’re so excited to share it with you all!
