Overcoming The Odds Of A Life Threatening Illness & Living A Life With Meaning.
In this episode i go in deep on my life story and why I am the man I am today.Having being diagnosed with cystic fibrosis at birth I face the odds of a grim life expectancy and the daily ritual of consuming 50 tablets and working on my health. However, life is like a game of poker. You are dealt a hand to play with and it's out of your control. If you choose to fold early and throw in your chips then your game is finished but if you choose to hold on, keep the faith and you wait for the river (that last card) your life might just get a whole lot richer.I owe my life to my family. My dad (Darren), mum (Dianne) & sister (Shania) are my rocks. With out them my life would look a lot different and i have created this podcast platform because like my family has done for me, one person, one story or one conversation can change your life for the better.
