Fun Meditation for Children
Teaching children to relax and meditate can seem like an overwhelming task. Getting kids to interact with a story is infinitely easier. This unique meditation is specifically designed to help children on and off the Autism spectrum to relax and focus on their breathing, all through a fun interactive story about a turtle named Fin! Children interact to help Fin accomplish a series of tasks. For maximum benefit, parents should listen to the meditation with their children the first time to insure the children are interacting properly. Use modeling techniques to show your child how to do the breathing with Fin and soon your child will be able to do the meditation themselves!
