Carl Fogarty - Desperate to win

Derek Warwick - Total Commitment
Derek Warwick is a motorsport legend. He raced for 11 seasons in Formula One, won the Le Mans 24 hour, and fell foul of the legendary Ayrton Senna when they almost became teammates in 1986. In addition, Derek is a successful businessman, a driver steward at Formula One races and a prominent member of the British Racing Drivers Club and the Motor Sports Association. It's been a full life and this was a fascinating insight into it.

Karen Darke - If You Fall

She was keen runner, climber and orienteer in her early life but aged 21 she had a rock climbing accident and was paralysed from the chest down. Since then she's hand cycled across Patagonia and the Himalayas, sea kayaked in Canada, skied across Greenland, climbed the 1000 metre high El Capitan in Yosemite, and won 2 Paralympic medals. It all adds up to a pretty extraordinary story.
