Eddie joined the NNN Pro Group in 2011 and works in the Institutional Coverage Group. His expertise is in sale-leaseback, build-to-suit, and structured equity debt transactions on behalf of private equity funds, national retail, industrial, and medical tenants, REITs, and net lease funds. Eddie has closed over $6.0 billion in transactions during his career, including over $3.0 billion over the last four years. Before working with the NNN Pro Group, Eddie began his professional career in the Sales and Trading departments at UBS AG and Credit Suisse. He is a Franklin & Marshall College graduate and resides in Duxbury, Massachusetts, with his wife and two daughters.

In three years he developed twelve projects in four states. In addition to these developments, he signed leases and built relationships with many retailers including Chipotle, FedEx Kinkos, T-Mobile, Allcare Dental & Dentures, Duckwall-Alco, Sprint, Potbelly Sandwich Works, and Starbucks.Rob left InSite in April of 2007 to start Astro Real Estate Development which was the precursor to Quattro Development L.L.C., his current venture that is solely focused on small-shop retail build-to-suit projects nationwide. Quattro endeavors to be the premier developer of small-shop retail space in the country. Rob graduated from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign’s College of Business with a Finance degree.Rob also served in the National Guard as an officer and is currently active as a founder of First Chance, a not for profit organization that sends lower income, inner-city high school students on study and volunteer abroad opportunities.

He is focused throughout the Southwestern regions of Texas to California, assisting clients with all their hotel and lodging transactional needs. Before joining the NewGen team, Jay was immersed in the financing and lending world with a large national bank, giving him a unique view into the lending world and providing the connections that allowed his clients to seek out financing for even the most challenging assets.Jigar graduated from the University of Arizona in 2011, attaining a dual degree from Eller College of Management in Finance and Real Estate. Jigar is a member and ambassador for the Asian American Hotel Owners Association (AAHOA) and holds certifications for Choice Hotels and Best Western and owns a few hotels himself. He has been in the hotel industry since the age of 9 working alongside his parents learning all sides of operations. About King Jeremiah:King Jeremiah brings more than 30 years of experience in the hotel business to the NewGen Advisory team in Arizona. He has a passion for hospitality, service, and a global perspective based on his work with hoteliers across the United States and more than 80 countries.King began his career in hospitality in his home country of Grenada, in the Caribbean. During his years at Berea College in Kentucky, he coupled his studies in Business Administration & Hotel Management with practical work experience at the historic Boone Tavern Hotel. After graduating with his Master's degree from Eastern Kentucky University, King continued as General Manager and Sales Director for many hotels in Kentucky. Starting in 2000, King joined Best Western Hotels and Resorts, where he held key corporate positions in Consulting, Branding, Training, and Quality Assurance for over 4000 hotels.Throughout his career, King has received many industry-leading designations, which include Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA), Certified Hospitality Trainer (CHT), and Certification in Hotel Industry Analytics (CHIA). He is also actively involved in the hospitality industry as a member of the National Association of Black Hotel Owners Operators and Developers (NABHOOD), Asian American Hotel Owners Association (AAHOA), and the Latino Hotel Association (LHA).

Born and raised in Detroit, John has lived in Los Angeles for 18 years. He began his real estate career in 1998 when he interned for Taubman Company in Bloomfield Hills, MI. He has worked for some of the nation's leading multifamily, retail, and mixed-use developers, including Lagovent Real Estate Group, Watt Companies, and the Westfield Corporation. In 2010, he became a California licensed broker, and, since, has earned many industry awards and recognitions, including the West Region Producer of the Year at Transwestern in 2018 and 2019, and the West Region Deal of the Year at Transwestern from 2017 to 2019. In addition to his extensive background as a real estate agent, he received a Bachelor of Arts from Michigan State University and a Master of Science in Finance from Walsh College. As a top-notch real estate broker, John has acquired and disposed of over $1 billion of real estate over his career. In addition to his real estate business, John likes to stay incredibly active. He currently lives in Los Angeles with his wife, Medria. When he isn't conducting real estate transactions, you can find John cycling in the Santa Monica Mountains, exploring museums, and traveling. His passions include architecture, design, and community advocacy.
