President Biden has approved a major disaster declaration for areas of Northern California affected by the Dixie and River fires. Hundreds of Thousands of Students Return to Schools in Los Angeles

California voters will soon be getting vote-by-mail ballots for the gubernatorial recall election. And Election Day itself, September 14, is only about a month away.
