Everyone’s Talkin’ Money is the go-to personal finance podcast for high-earning women who want to build wealth, feel confident making financial decisions, and stop second-guessing themselves every time they open their bank app.
Hosted by Shari Rash, founder of GWA Wealth and a financial planner with nearly two decades of experience, this show goes beyond budgeting, saving, and investing to focus on the real reason smart, successful women still feel stressed about money: the psychology, habits, and invisible rules driving their financial lives.
Because you can make six figures, max out your retirement, and still lie awake at 3 a.m. wondering if you’re doing it right.
This is not a “stop buying lattes” podcast. This is not finance bro advice. And this is definitely not about shame.
Each week, Shari breaks down how to:
build wealth without burnout or deprivation
make confident decisions about spending, investing, and major life moves
align your money with your values and lifestyle
navigate money as a single woman
undo the “I should be further along” pressure
create financial security and emotional peace
You’ll hear solo episodes and interviews that blend behavioral finance, real-life strategy, and honest conversations about what it actually takes to feel powerful — not just look successful — with your money.
If you’re ready to stop performing financial success and start living it, hit follow.
Your money. Your life. On your terms

Shannah Shares: How to Prioritize Your Savings Goals For the Big Stuff
In this special reboot of Shannah Shares, Community Q&A, I'm sharing how to prioritize your savings goals for the big stuff.Today’s Community question comes from Robbie:"Hi there, Shannah, thanks so much for taking the time to answer my question and for all the great money content. I’m seriously learning so much. I wish I would’ve had this podcast when I was in college. I’m in my mid 30’s now and I just feel like I’m playing catch up all the time. I make good money, between my partner and me around $300K a year. We live in Chicago though and it can be pretty expensive. We’ve got some goals we’re trying to save for - a wedding, a home purchase, and a big honeymoon trip. The problem is that we save money and then we tend to blow it on things that aren’t so important or need it for emergencies or just dump stuff. Can you help us figure out how to prioritize our money goals seeing as we want to save for big stuff? I feel like I could use a little of your tough love to get us on the right track. Every article I read just says to spend less and that isn’t really helpful. Thanks again and I hope you never stop this podcast because I would be so lost money-wise."LinksLearn How to Invest as A Side Hustle & Achieve All Your Money GoalsHow to Accelerate Financial Security, Create Time Wealth & Ignite Your GoalsEpisode SponsorsI want you to start living a happier life today. How to Self Publish a Book and Earn Passive Income with Rachel Richards
In a recent article on CNBC, more than half or 51% of Americans have less than three months' worth of emergency savings. The pandemic has definitely made a mark on savings, and in my opinion, really shown that you need more than 3 months worth of savings in your “all hell broke loose” fund. However, saving more money is often times difficult. What about making more money? In this episode, you'll learn about another idea to create passive income. Rachel Richards, who has been on this show before for her rental real estate empire, has also has built a substantial monthly income from her book sales on Amazon. Even if you don’t profess to be a writer, surely there is something you have to share - a skill, a talent, an idea, etc. Rachel’s here to pull back the curtains and share the behind-the-scenes story of how she built a cash-flowing self-publishing side hustle in just a few years, and how you can do the same.LinksRachel's Passive Income Starter KitMoney Honey bookPassive Income Aggressive Retirement bookCNBC articleEpisode SponsorsA big thanks to our podcast episode sponsors:Find out how Upstart can lower your monthly debt payments today when you go to UPSTART.com/mymoney. Shannah Shares: How Do I Make Peace With My Money Situation
Welcome back to another episode of Shannah Shares, Community Q&A where I tackle your listener questions. Today’s question comes from Reisha.“Hi Shannah. Thank you for taking the time to listen to my question. I really want to make 2022 better than the years prior. I’ve had a lot of anxiety and stress around money and just started realizing it after listening to your podcast. I always wondered why I would get so stressed out when I looked at my bank account, or when my credit card balance wasn’t decreasing so much, but then I would go and spend more money and get even more anxiety. It’s crazy to me that we do those sorts of things as humans. I do have a good job and make what most might consider a good income. But, things fall apart for me every month. I always think I will end up with more money left, which I don’t. I always think that I will just wake up one day and suddenly not be so stressed or anxious about money or my future, but I don’t. I heard you say in one episode a year or so back that you have to first make peace with your money situation before you can move forward. I actually wrote that down in the notes on my phone and keep coming back to it. Can you give me some tips and thoughts, things to journal about, anything really that can help me move towards peace? I really don’t want to spend the rest of my life stressed out about money when if you look at my take-home pay, I shouldn’t. I imagine someone else out there is feeling the same way. Actually, maybe we’re all ready to make peace. I think that’s what I love about this show, you always make me feel special and your non-judgemental approach is so heartwarming. Seriously, thanks. Ok, I know this is a big question, but would love your thoughts.”Episode MentionsHere are the journal questions mentioned in this episode.
What emotion/s are you holding on to about money?
In what ways do you feel like money keeps you stuck?
How have you attached your identity to money?
In what ways did your parents, or whoever raised you, talk about money?
If money didn’t exist, how would your days, weeks, months, years change?
