In case you haven't noticed, money - how much your college costs, what kind of scholarship you're going to give your prospect, and the affordability of your school - is a topic of conversation with your prospects that is trending up. Why? A bunch of factors that you have no control over: Growing inflation worries, job uncertainty, the financial impact of the pandemic, and just a general feeling that life (including college) is getting too expensive.
