Listener question: is this understanding a vehicle for denying form?

Listener question: It seems that this understanding is used as a vehicle for denying form: there is no Corona viruses, viruses don't exist, there is no such thing as racism, etc. People are always doing the best they can with the thinking that looks real to them in the moment. If nothing needs fixing, and the world of form also has impacts of actions, I struggle with wanting to respond in ways that acknowledge wholeness without denying form. This looks like my inquiring into what other thought is happening that leads to no virus or no racism. Can you say more on this?

Listener question: sensations moving through

Listener question: What's real is the sensations in the body.  When I zone in on them to allow them and have the experience (and not attach a story or resist), they seem to increase in intensity and not move thru.  I wonder then is it better to just cohabitate with them and not focus so much?  It feels like I'm constantly checking in.

Listener question: how do I stop repetitive thinking?

Listener question: my question is about repetitive obsessive  thinking about something I’ve  said or done.  Sometimes I say or do things I regret snd I run them over and over in my mind.  The more I do the more embedded they become and the more ashamed I feel because I can’t undo what’s been said or done.  Would you please speak to this?
