Has the Ukraine War created a humanitarian crisis in Europe?

Steven is a fellow at Johns Hopkins SAIS's Foreign Policy Institute (FPI), was the ex-Deputy Assistant Sec of State under Colin Powell, and Co-Chair of the G8’s Crime and Terrorism Group. The first half of the podcast sees Professor Schrage outline details on the ground, the lack of crisis management, the media's portrayal of the border, and what must change.
