Welcome, welcome, welcome to the Distraction Pieces Podcast with Scroobius Pip!This week Pip is joined by actor, author and activist EVANNA LYNCH!You may know Evanna from her role as Luna Lovegood in the Harry Potter films, which is a fine place to begin. But of course Evanna is a whole universe more than an acting role, a glimpse of which you shall have here on this podcast. She catches up with Pip about essentially life after Harry Potter, which contains a huge amount of ups, but as we all know, also contains a fair share of downs. Evanna spent a period of her life dealing with an eating disorder and the many issues which that brings with it, and only through a huge amount of work has she now been able to find ways of living with it and thinking of it in a multitude of different ways. She’s gained a demonstrable clarity over what was happening, and this podcast proves what power one can gain over something that attempts to gain its own foothold. She also goes into her own activism and vegan lifestyle too.
