Traditionally celebrated by dressing up as your favorite ghouls and ghosts the holiday actually has a long and storied past. The roots of this candy-filled celebration of terror go far back into the history of Celtic tradition where the holiday was known as Samhain and was a time where the world of the spirits and gods would cross over into the mortal plane. From that time the holiday has gone through many transformations to become what we see today. But is there something more sinister that brought the holiday into the American mainstream? The family consisted of Andreas the 63-year-old patriarch of the family, his 72-year-old wife Cazilia, their 35-year-old daughter Viktoria and her 2 children ages 7 and 2. The entire family was found to be brutally murdered on April 4th of that year. Leading up to their murders, the family was the subject of many rumors and town gossip mostly surrounding the parentage of Viktoria’s 2-year-old son Josef. Members of the family had reported strange happenings around the property. The Sumerians were the earliest known human civilization to inhabit southern Mesopotamia. Their cities and culture flourished for well over 2000 years. They were the pioneers in ancient mathematics, sciences, and engineering. Although, much of what we know about them comes from fragmented stone tablets and excavations of their marvelous ziggurats. Controversial author and historian Zecharia Sitchin proposed that the reason for the impressive accomplishments of the Sumerians was their contact with an ancient extraterrestrial race known as the Annunaki. According to Sitchin’s translations of ancient Sumerian texts these beings came from another planet known as Nibiru, which passed close to the Earth every 3,600 years. The Annunaki were a space faring race, with ships capable of landing and taking off into orbit around the planet Earth. Southern Florida is home to the largest subtropical wilderness in the USA. 7,800 square miles of near impenetrable swamps and dark forests. From saw grass marshes to mangrove and coastal prairies the Everglades host an extraordinary amount of biodiversity. The area has been occupied by humans for over almost 15,000 years and whose cultures have described something else walking upright through the forests and grasses. Published reports of a bipedal ape-like creature in the Florida swamps date back as early 1947. In the later part of 2017 internet message boards, blogs, and Youtube began to populate with theories and interpretations of cryptic posts that had begun to appear on anonymous web forum, known as 4chan, posted by a user designated only as “Q”. The posts were sparsely worded and usually contained military and government terminology that seemed to support claims that the posting entity possessed a security clearance designated Q-level which allows a person access to information at the top levels of national security. Soon a movement began to coalesce around the posts that followed. At times the posts were interpreted as prescient as events on the global stage, that involved persons of note from politicians to Hollywood actors, were referenced or sometimes even seemingly predicted. The terrorist attacks that took place on September 11, 2001 forever changed the world we live in. An event that has left a global scar which, to this day, still remains undeniably etched on the modern psyche. This year the Theorists reached out to 911truth.org to help us revisit the attacks and the investigations that followed. Their media coordinator, Mike Berger, was kind enough to oblige us with his expertise and knowledge on the subjects.
