An accomplished public speaker, John has lectured at more than a dozen national events, including the 2019 ABCA, 2022 World Baseball Coaches’ Convention, and three MA Baseball Coaches Association annual clinics. John coaches youth baseball during his free time, including his work with the Lincoln-Sudbury High School Varsity Baseball Program. He interned in player development for the Baltimore Orioles in 2012. Podcast 093 – ACL Injury Rehab and Return to Sport with Scott Duggan

Scott Duggan is a Strength and Conditioning Coach who currently serves as the Director of Operations for Athletic Evolution in Massachusetts. Prior to joining Athletic Evolution, Scott led the Assumption College Football summer strength and conditioning program. He is a former captain of Hudson High School’s football and ice hockey teams. Scott graduated from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst with a degree in Kinesiology. During his college years, he was a member of the UMass Amherst football team and earned the UMass special teams “Player of the Year” in 2010 while starting at fullback. Scott has worked with every type of athlete from Youth to the Pros, including running NFL and NBA combine programs each winter and spring where his team has helped over 50 athletes sign NFL contracts and 4 athletes get drafted. In the fall of 2020 Scott was tasked with starting the Bentley University Strength and Conditioning Program. Scott continues to work daily with the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at Bentley University on the day-to-day operations of the program. More recently, Scott is also heavily involved with injury prevention and rehab. He takes pride in helping athletes come back from major injuries stronger and better than before their injury.
