Vince Gabriele has been a pioneer in the fitness industry for over 20 years. After graduating from Temple University as a business major, Vince started his personal training career at a gym called Fitness Quest 10 in San Diego, where he quickly became a sought-after trainer by NFL Athletes and founded their football and NFL combine prep programs.

He is also the host of the second ranked fitness business podcast in the world. Vince speaks at top fitness conferences every year including Perform Better, Mindbody Bold and IDEA and he has authored over 10 books on sales, marketing and business building.

Dr. Jeremy Loenneke credentials include a Master’s degree in Nutrition and Exercise Science from Southeast Missouri State University, as well as a PhD in Exercise Physiology from the University of Oklahoma.
Dr. Loenneke is the director of the Kevser Ermin Applied Physiology Laboratory and his research group’s primary focus is on skeletal muscle adaptations to exercise with and without the application of blood flow restriction.
He is a Fellow of the American College of Sports Medicine and a member of the American Physiological Society. He has also authored numerous peer-reviewed articles and currently serves on the editorial board for Sports Medicine, Medicine and Science in Sports and Exercise, PLOS One, Peer J, and Journal of Trainology.

Jon Torine spent 17 years as a Strength Coach in the NFL starting with the Buffalo Bills and then 3 years later became the youngest head Strength & Conditioning Coach in the NFL when he was hired by the Indianapolis Colts, where he spent 14 years culminating with a World Championship in Super Bowl XLI.
After his time with the Colts, he continued his work with NFL players with EXOS where he was the Director of Pro/Elite Sports with the NFL Players Trust Program, a service for former NFL players to help transition from pro sports to “the real world”. He also started the Lean In Coaching project, providing insight and education to numerous sports organizations across the globe in an effort to bring multiple disciplines together in support of the ultimate and most important resource, the people inside of it.
Jon is now focusing on youth sports, working with i9 Sports in New Jersey.
