What can you do whilst waiting for an injury diagnosis.

Nobody likes being injured, especially when it takes you away from the sport or activities you love. But rather than sitting and waiting for things to heal you can actually take control of the situation. Use your unspent energy to do everything you can to find out why the injury happened in the first place - were you weak? were you under fuelling? were you doing too much intensity? Start to be your own detective - make sure that when you do get the green light physically that you are a stronger and smarter athlete than you were before.
