Watch this on YouTube! We take a look at the S&P 500, closing the week on a double top at 4450, bias is to the downside. Gold is hitting on the 200 day moving average, starting to look a little bullish. Silver is trading in a tight range, resistance just above, and support just below. Platinum is looking nice on the charts and fundamentally, especially if our big thinkers decide to sanction South Africa or Russia. Uranium on the Sprott Physical Uranium Trust is looking juicy, especially now that we know there is so much volume on the term market. We talk about Russian sanctions, and the effect that could have on Uranium Energy Corp. We also learn that the SPUT is more discounted than we thought: Currently it is a 11.75% discount. If Spot market is $56.50, Ricks says term market is $60. 70% of the sales are done on the term market now. That's an additional 5.8% discount for 70% of the bet. 5.8(.70) = 4.1%. So, 11.75 + 4.1 = 15.85% Uranium in the Sprott Physical Uranium Trust are at a 15.85% discount to true market value. In a commodity that is overwhelmingly likely to increase in price. This is a screaming deal! We go on to talk about gold in a liquidity crisis. Rick outlines the Platinum Market, and the reasons he is betting on platinum.
